Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller position located in Ahmedabad. The TeleCaller will communicate with potential customers to present and promote GoaDeals’ travel services and packages. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, addressing inquiries, providing detailed information about travel packages, recording customer details, and maintaining positive client relationships. The TeleCaller will also follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
