Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Mayur Vihar. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, introduce Globexpo Worldwide LLP’s booth designing and stand building services to prospective and existing clients, and record all interactions accurately. Responsibilities include following up on leads, responding to basic queries, scheduling appointments or meetings for the sales team, and maintaining call logs and lead status in company systems. The Telecaller will also support the sales and marketing team by sharing call feedback, updating client information, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured calling scripts or guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking software.
- Customer service mindset, including patience, active listening, and professional behavior in all interactions.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mayur Vihar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
