Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and provide information about the company’s solar energy products and services. The role involves answering inquiries, explaining product features, recording customer information, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also maintain customer databases, address concerns, and coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for engaging with customers and addressing inquiries
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing customer data, along with basic computer literacy
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to generate leads and close deals
- Customer service skills with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving client concerns
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are desirable
