Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing information on services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on previous concerns, and contributing to customer retention through proactive communication and problem-solving. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams to address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, including fluency in local language(s) and English
- Customer relationship management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy for managing call logs and customer databases
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
- Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or call center experience is an advantage
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; further education is a plus
