Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will handle daily tasks such as making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and providing information about the company’s services. Responsibilities also include building positive customer relationships, addressing client concerns promptly, and maintaining detailed records of communication. The Telecaller will actively collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or customer communication tools
- Ability to effectively handle inquiries, provide information, and address customer concerns
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
