Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform parents and learners about EdifyChamps’ tutoring services, answer queries, and guide them through enrollment processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating lead information in the system, following up with prospective clients, and coordinating with the academic and sales teams. The role also involves explaining course offerings, scheduling trial sessions, and ensuring a professional and courteous experience for every caller.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates should possess customer service, relationship-building, and basic sales or upselling skills.
- Candidates should possess data entry, call documentation, and basic computer literacy skills (CRM or Excel familiarity preferred).
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, objection handling, and time management skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or education counseling roles is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility for rotational shifts if required.
- Professional, learner-focused attitude and willingness to learn about education services and student needs.
