Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Janakpuri. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to communicate with customers, clarify inquiries, provide detailed information about products or services, and address and resolve customer concerns. The role also involves guiding potential clients, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up on leads to achieve sales or service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle customer queries and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed records of interactions
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Proactive attitude with a focus on meeting targets and customer satisfaction
