Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi. Responsibilities include contacting potential and existing clients to provide information about services, responding to inquiries, and scheduling consultations. The Telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensure regular follow-ups, and deliver professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the sales and administrative teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Customer service experience and the ability to address client inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in handling scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation tasks.
- Efficient time management and organizational abilities to manage client interactions seamlessly.
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures and an eagerness to learn can be an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls and inquiries
- Clearly explain treatments and services in a professional and patient-friendly manner
- Convert inquiries into consultation bookings
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Maintain accurate patient records in CRM (Zoho or similar)
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for appointments and scheduling
- Ensure a high standard of patient communication and experience
- Manage queries from website and social media platforms
