Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in North Delhi for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's financial products and services, addressing customer queries, and assisting with the application process. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of calls, following up with leads, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in telecalling, customer engagement, and persuasive selling
- Ability to understand financial products and explain them clearly to prospective clients
- Experience in maintaining organized records of customer communications
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is advantageous
