Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform potential and existing customers about DecorStation’s products, services, and platform features. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining product categories and benefits, and guiding them through the digital and in-store selection process. The role involves maintaining call records, updating the CRM, following up on leads, and coordinating with sales and showroom teams to support conversions and appointments. The Telecaller will also collect customer feedback, escalate issues when needed, and adhere to call quality, productivity, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation in English and Hindi.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, call-logging systems, and online platforms.
- Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify needs, provide relevant information, and encourage conversions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-up schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and showroom teams in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred, especially in retail, interiors, or construction materials.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Comfort with learning product details across multiple interior material categories and explaining them in simple terms.
