Working Days: Monday to Saturday(1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for confident and driven Telecallers who can engage with leads, communicate effectively, and drive conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, understands customer needs, and can
represent a fast-growing AI company.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing users
● Explain Darwix AI’s products/services clearly and persuasively
● Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
● Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
● Maintain call records and update CRM systems
● Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
● Handle objections and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
● Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English required)
● Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is a plus
● Comfortable with high-volume calling (80–100 calls/day)
● Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
● Immediate joiners preferred
Good to Have
● Experience in SaaS, tech, or AI-based products
● Familiarity with CRM tools
● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
