Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels

* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary

* Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system
* Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction

Requirements:
* Freshers or up to 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
* Strong problem-solving and listening skills
