Role Description The Telecaller role at Aurezza Living is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about Aurezza Living’s offerings, and respond to queries in a clear and courteous manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and supporting sales or customer service campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared, adhering to calling scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting individual and team targets related to call quality and conversion. This position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with colleagues, participate in briefing sessions, and support office-based operations.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear diction and a professional phone manner
- Customer service orientation, including patience, active listening, and the ability to handle objections and questions effectively
- Basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call management tools, and familiarity with email and spreadsheets
- Time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and accurate documentation
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in telecalling in real estate industry, or sales support is an advantage
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Comfort with working in target-driven environments, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn company processes and products.
