Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, providing information about courses offered, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a positive and professional communication experience for all. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's outreach and customer engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients.
- Proficiency in customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet assigned targets.
- Familiarity with using telecommunication tools and basic computer skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A positive and approachable attitude, with a focus on creating an excellent customer experience.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or other relevant regional languages is preferred.
