We're looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on assigned cases.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries.
• Update customer records and maintain call logs.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve assigned targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
