Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for EMI/payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines.
- Obtain payment commitments and follow up accordingly.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate collection and call records.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Odia & Hindi.
- Target-oriented and confident in customer handling.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge preferred.
- Telecollection/Collection experience preferred; freshers can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
