Job Description
The Artist Collective is one of India's most respected acting training institutions, founded by Atul Mongia, whose process has shaped actors including Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal. We're growing and we're looking for a Telecaller and Admissions Outreach executive to be the first point of contact between TAC and everyone who reaches out to us.
About the Role
This is the first voice someone hears when they reach out to The Artist Collective. This role is not about selling — it is about connecting. About making the person on the other end of that call or message feel that they have reached somewhere real, somewhere that genuinely cares about why they are enquiring.
The right person for this role is warm, patient, and sharp. Someone who listens as well as they speak. Someone who understands that every enquiry is a person, not a number.
What You Will Own
— Handling all inbound enquiries across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and phone promptly and warmly
— Making initial outreach calls to all leads generated through social media, Meta ads, and other channels
— Following up consistently with all warm and cold leads until a decision is reached
— Guiding prospective participants through TAC's workshops and programmes with clarity and genuine care
— Supporting the full sales funnel from first contact to confirmed registration
— Maintaining accurate and up to date lead records and CRM data daily
— Coordinating closely with the Admissions and Sales Lead on pipeline status and follow up priorities
— Flagging quality leads and patterns in enquiries to the Sales Lead weekly
— Supporting workshop registration drives with proactive outreach during peak periods
— Managing inbound phone calls and routing them appropriately within the team
What We Are Looking For
— Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or admissions outreach
— Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, warm, clear, and unhurried
— Genuine people first approach, someone who enjoys conversations not just transactions
— Comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously, calls, DMs, and WhatsApp
— Strong follow up discipline, no lead goes cold without a reason
— Basic familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
— Ability to stay calm, positive, and consistent even during high volume periods
— A genuine interest in the arts, performance, or creative culture is a strong plus
What Success Looks Like
— Every inbound enquiry responded to within the first hour
— No lead goes more than 48 hours without a follow up
— Consistent, warm, and on brand communication across every channel
— Lead records updated accurately every day without being asked
— Proactive flagging of high quality leads to the Sales Lead in real time
— Measurable contribution to monthly seat fulfillment targets
