🎯 What You'll Do:
• Reach out to prospective students and parents via inbound & outbound calls
• Understand student profiles, aspirations, and academic backgrounds
• Introduce them to global study abroad opportunities — countries, universities, programs
• Schedule appointments with senior counsellors for detailed guidance sessions
• Follow up consistently to build trust and move students through the counselling journey
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions on CRM tools
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or student counselling
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
• A genuine passion for education and making an impact on young lives
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply!
