We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to join our real estate team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle leads professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate project details
- Handle customer inquiries and share accurate information about projects
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain lead data and update call status regularly
- Build a positive relationship with prospective customers
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Confident speaking ability and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of lead follow-ups and CRM/data management
- Ability to achieve calling and lead-generation targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
