Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller – Loan Sales (Cold Calling) based in Pune Division. The role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, providing information on loan products, and addressing initial inquiries. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining a database of prospective customers, engaging in follow-ups for lead generation, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Effective communication and proactive engagement will be essential in facilitating the loan application process and establishing a positive rapport with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience in telecalling, cold calling, and customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of financial products, especially loans and banking
- Proven ability in lead generation and achieving sales targets
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data management software
- Previous experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
