ClassicHub is hiring an Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to manage and convert leads generated through digital ad campaigns for our education clients.
The role involves calling students/parents, resolving queries, explaining course/admission details, handling objections, and converting leads into admissions, applications, appointments, or campus visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta, Google, website, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Attend incoming enquiries from students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, admission process, eligibility, and next steps.
- Convince interested leads by handling doubts and objections professionally.
- Maintain daily lead status, follow-up remarks, and conversion updates.
- Coordinate with the institute/client team for counselling or admission closure.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, admission counselling, education sales, EdTech sales, or customer support.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Confident, polite, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, CRM/sheets, and daily reporting.
