Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Telecaller – Customer Engagement, located in Gurugram with the flexibility of some work from home. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues. Additional tasks include maintaining customer databases, following up on customer feedback, and supporting overall customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience and the ability to manage customer relationships
- Organizational skills for managing customer databases and follow-ups
- Ability to work both in-office in Gurugram and remotely as needed
- Basic knowledge of car care services is a plus
