Tele Sales Specialist – Real Estate / IT / Financial Services
Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Real Estate, IT, Financial Services, or Digital Marketing solutions. The candidate will handle outbound calls and convert company-provided leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls on assigned leads
- Pitch services confidently and convert leads into sales
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Follow up and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele Sales (Real Estate/IT/Finance/Digital Marketing)
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using calling tools/CRM systems
- Ability to make consistent outbound calls
- Effective communication and convincing skills
- Strong focus on closing and achieving targets
Work Setup:
- This is a purely remote role 🌐
- Laptop and stable WiFi connection is mandatory
