Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Tele Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Tiore Global’s product offerings to new and existing customers. Daily tasks will include responding to inquiries, identifying customer needs, preparing product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telecommunication sales, and customer engagement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey information effectively over phone calls
- Proficiency in handling customer relationship management (CRM) software and maintaining organized client records
- Ability to analyze customer needs, recommend tailored product solutions, and close sales effectively
- Prior experience or understanding of the hospitality industry is a significant advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
