Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales & Operations Executive based in Kochi. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments to support sales conversions, while also assisting with mutual fund operations.
Responsibilities include managing operational processes, handling service requests, maintaining records and compliance, generating reports, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and proactive communication with clients to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organization
- Knowledge of financial products and markets is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
