Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Financial
- Assess the customers based on customer profile, requirement, and routing to sales team for closures
- Should conduct product and customer's profile match.
- Identify Risk & suggest suitable Mitigants.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to build a healthy and profitable business for bank.
Non-Financial Responsibilities
- Provide quick decision (approve/ suggest/ decline) so that TAT is ensured and always keep a solution-oriented approach towards customer needs.
- Appointment and periodic monitoring of Team working and performance
- Smartly figuring out customer's requirement, routing it to correct person for quick closures
- Should ensure that we reach customer on timely basis and cater his requirement
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of the Team based on their business, tenure in system
- Ensure team is talking nicely with customer, providing all required details.
- Ensure adherence to KYC / AML screening requirements of the organization.
- Have understanding and knowledge of company's policy.
- Co-ordinate with RCU to ensure adequate sampling and cross verification especially for new channels and executives.
- Data security to be taken on topmost priority with ZTP.
