Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive – Wellness & Spiritual Travel
Location: RMV 2nd Stage, Bengaluru (New BEL Road)

We are a specialized travel company focused on curated spiritual journeys, Himalayan treks, and wellness travel experiences across Nepal, Bhutan, and Kailash Manasarovar. The company designs immersive, guided journeys aimed at delivering transformational and spiritually enriching travel experiences.
Role Overview
This is a high-conversion inside sales role focused on engaging and converting inbound leads into confirmed bookings for spiritual travel and wellness programs.
The role requires a consultative selling approach, where understanding customer intent, emotions, and motivations is critical to driving closures.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert inbound leads from digital channels, calls, and WhatsApp into confirmed sales
* Counsel prospective customers on spiritual journeys, pilgrimage tours, and wellness travel programs
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead engagement, requirement understanding, follow-ups, and closure
* Build trust with customers through consultative and empathetic communication
* Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize conversion rates
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless booking and customer experience
* Maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM or internal systems
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / consultative sales
* Strong track record in handling inbound leads and closing deals
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
* Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset
* High discipline in follow-ups and pipeline management
* Prior experience in travel, wellness, or high-involvement service sales is preferred

* Monthly revenue achievement
* Follow-up effectiveness and turnaround time
* Customer satisfaction and repeat business

Compensation
* Fixed salary + performance-based incentives ( upto 7 LPA depends on current CTC and experience + incentives )
