Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in New Delhi for a Tele Sales position in the Insurance, Mortgages, and Real Estate sectors. The selected individual will engage in daily tasks such as actively reaching out to potential clients, pitching products and services, building strong customer relationships, and addressing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction. The intern will also contribute to sales target achievement through proactive follow-ups and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to Training processes and an eagerness to learn new sales techniques and tools.
- Motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance, mortgages, or real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fixed Salary 10000 plus incentive
