Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive who has experience in the Tour & Travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining tour packages, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available tour and travel packages.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Provide complete information about holiday packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and bookings in the system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
his is a full-time on-site position for a Tele Caller, located in Jaipur. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of data entry or customer management systems.
Ability to handle objections, resolve customer queries, and maintain a professional attitude during phone interactions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting targets within deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, mice operations, mice contracting, event sales, or Tour & Travel industry industries candidates will be preferred.
Fluency in English and local/regional languages is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Tour & Travel industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
