Job Description:
Right Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives for lead generation in the real estate sector. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining project details, and generating quality leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation
- Explain real estate projects and offerings to customers
- Maintain and update client database
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and conversions
Requirements:
- Tele Sales experience in any industry (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
Eligibility:
Female candidates only
Age: 20 to 28 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
