🚀 We're Hiring: Tele Sales Executive / Tele Counsellor
Digital Aspire Tech is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Chandigarh (Work From Home option available)
💰 Salary: Starting from ₹10,000/month (No Bar for the Right Candidate)
🎓 Qualification: Minimum Graduation
📅 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Tele Sales (Mandatory)
🌟 Banking sales professionals are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle incoming leads generated through WhatsApp, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
✅ Connect with prospects over phone calls and understand their requirements
✅ Counsel and guide leads about our services and offerings
✅ Follow up regularly with interested prospects
✅ Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship building
✅ Maintain lead records and update daily follow-up status
✅ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
✔ Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Counselling, Banking Sales, Loan Sales, Insurance Sales, or related profiles
✔ Comfortable handling leads and closing sales telephonically
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined while working remotely or from office
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and computer operations will be an advantage
