2. Role Description
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for calling clients from the provided database and explaining the company’s services. The role involves convincing potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining follow-ups. Monthly targets will be assigned in terms of number of customers, and candidates are expected to achieve these targets. Incentives will be provided upon successful completion of targets. No lead generation from external sources is required, as the company provides the complete database.
3. Qualification
Candidates must have completed at least 12th standard or graduation. Freshers are welcome to apply. Basic communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi are required, along with basic understanding of English. Candidates should have basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and internet-based tools. Prior experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
4. Joining Process
