Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Sector 5, Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Telesales / Calling)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Completed)
Salary: 22,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners (Female candidates preffered)
About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and has good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, explaining banking products, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain and promote banking products/services
- Generate leads and follow up regularly
- Maintain customer database and update records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of banking products
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com (Completed)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales/calling
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
