Working Hours : 6 days working from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while adhering to the prescribed call scripts and service standards.
- Assist patients in booking appointments with their preferred clinic and doctor.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and details of inquiries in the system.
- Coordinate with clinic teams across the country to facilitate smooth patient experience and appointment management.
- Participate actively in training programs conducted from time to time and stay updated with company processes and services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of work experience in a healthcare organization or international / Domestic call centre environment.
- Graduate in any discipline; additional training in customer service or call centre operations will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for managing calls and patient records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
