We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential clients with our investigation and verification services.
The role involves understanding client requirements, explaining our services effectively, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. You will also maintain client records and ensure a smooth communication experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Generate and qualify leads
- Explain services clearly to potential clients
- Maintain client database and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Tamil, or Kannada
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in tele calling / sales is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
