Role Description
The Tele Sales Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Puducherry, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via calls, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the company's products or services. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, updating databases with customer details, and following up on leads to close deals. Collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives is also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone
- Sales aptitude, lead generation, and closing techniques
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical skills for working with CRM and data entry tools
- Self-motivation, resilience, and teamwork
- Prior experience in telesales or a sales-related role is an advantage
- Fluency in English and fluency in regional languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
