Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Kanpur. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers via calls to promote and sell pet products and services. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing product knowledge, managing inquiries, maintaining and updating accurate records, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve company goals. The role requires proactive communication skills, relationship-building, and collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the pet products or leather industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Customer-centric mindset and result-oriented approach
Salary
This role offers fixed plus variable salary-
Rs.10000 + 1% of Sales as incentive
