Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our fertility services effectively.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing accurate information and excellent service.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0-1 years of tele sales experience (Healthcare/Medical/Fertility industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
