🌟 About the Role
Looking for a target-driven Telecalling Executive to join our NBFC team and drive Loan Against Property (LAP) and other loan product sales through outbound calling.
🔍 Who Can Apply?
✔ Experience in Telecalling / Telesales (Loan Products preferred)
✔ Candidates with LAP, Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Mortgage, or Gold Loan experience
✔ Strong communication & convincing skills
✔ Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho)
✔ Tamil language proficiency is an added advantage
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to promote loan products (LAP & others)
• Generate leads & convert prospects into customers
• Understand customer needs & suggest suitable loan solutions
• Maintain call records & updates in CRM
• Achieve assigned sales targets & KPIs
• Follow up with leads for loan closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Handle customer queries & objections professionally
