Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Tele Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing information about Haj and Umrah packages and related services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining itinerary details, pricing, and accommodation options, and guiding them through the booking process. The Tele Sales Executive will update and maintain customer records in the system, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets. The role also includes coordinating with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience before and after booking.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and professional phone etiquette.
- Proven tele sales or customer service experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or call-logging tools and email communication.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Haj and Umrah travel processes, documentation, and key destinations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in travel, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and occasionally adjust to peak-season or extended hours as required.
