Atreya Innovations is a healthcare technology startup focused on holistic wellness through personalized approaches. Combining modern technology with traditional healthcare practices, our solutions leverage data-driven AI-based predictive algorithms to enhance diagnosis and wellness recommendations. Our flagship product, Nadi Tarangini, assists Ayurvedic practitioners with advanced diagnostic capabilities by providing comprehensive Nadi reports. We are currently developing a new wellness-focused product, currently undergoing closed alpha trials, to further our mission of promoting individualized health and well-being.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good command of English (and regional languages if required).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and build rapport with customers
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and wellness industries is advantageous
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and related sales tools
- Fluency in multiple languages, including regional languages, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
