Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to convert patient inquiries into surgery bookings. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling patients about treatment options, explaining surgery packages, addressing concerns, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to eye consultations and surgeries.
- Counsel patients regarding procedures such as Cataract, LASIK, ICL, Retina, and other ophthalmic treatments.
- Convert inquiries into consultation appointments and surgery bookings.
- Follow up regularly with interested patients to maximize conversions.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, financing options, and available offers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and hospital staff for smooth patient scheduling.
- Achieve monthly sales and surgery conversion targets.
- Resolve patient queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Generate repeat business through referrals and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, healthcare sales, or customer service.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
