Role Description
The Tele Sales role at NoBrokerHood is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves engaging potential and existing clients via phone calls, explaining the platform's offerings, and driving revenue growth through sales conversions. The individual will manage leads, provide consultation, answer client queries, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, the role includes maintaining detailed records of interactions and feedback to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address client needs effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet targets and deliver results
- Capability in conducting Training sessions and assisting in skill development for team members
- Detail-oriented, with great adaptability, time management, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with technology-based platforms or prior experience in prop-tech or community management solutions is a plus
