Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Sales professional for our manufacturing facility in Narela. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of our products, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key responsibilities include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with customers
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively
• Experience in Training to guide team members and clients on product details and benefits
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate customer records
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build lasting client relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
• Experience in the automotive or EV industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus for effective communication
