Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele-Recruiter based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The Tele-Recruiter will handle daily tasks, including reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, collecting and verifying candidate documentation, and providing support throughout the recruitment and visa application process. They will maintain communication with clients and candidates, ensure compliance with recruitment standards, and address queries promptly to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in handling client relations and candidate management
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, visa procedures, and documentation requirements
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using communication tools and modern office software
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience in overseas consultancy or recruitment services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred
