Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Recruiter role based in Noida. The Tele Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining a candidate database, preparing reports, and following up on the recruitment pipeline. Additionally, the Tele Recruiter will develop relationships with potential candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Recruitment expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in database management, candidate tracking systems, and report preparation
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of the talent acquisition process and ability to build relationships with candidates
- Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
