Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam for a Tele-Recruiter. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and providing information about available education opportunities. Core responsibilities include identifying eligible candidates, maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on leads, and coordinating with counselors to facilitate the admissions process. The Tele-Recruiter will also provide guidance on documentation and admissions requirements and assist in organizing relevant informational sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and other local languages as a plus
• Proficiency in tele-calling, customer relationship management, and lead generation
• Ability to handle inquiries, explain educational opportunities, and guide prospective students
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills, including experience using CRM software
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic aspirations
• Basic knowledge of overseas education systems, scholarships, and visa processes (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
