Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Recruiter role based in Patna. The Tele-Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and connecting prospective candidates with job opportunities, managing communication with candidates, and scheduling interviews. Key tasks include building and maintaining candidate databases, understanding employer requirements, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and employers. The role demands proactive engagement through phone, email, and virtual platforms to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate handling and employer coordination
- Proficiency in recruitment techniques including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage candidate pipelines and employer interactions
- Familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools and database management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within deadlines
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on providing excellent candidate and client experience
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Relevant experience in recruitment, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge of regional languages and market trends in recruitment is a plus
