Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Recruiter based in Kochi. The Tele Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. The role also involves building and maintaining candidate databases, managing communications with potential hires, conducting background checks, and coordinating with clients. The Tele Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate job requirements and company values to candidates
- Proficiency in telephonic recruitment, candidate screening, and follow-up communication
- Basic understanding of recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and HR software
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance is an advantage
- Experience in international recruitment, particularly for Middle East and European markets, is a plus
