Accountabilities: Meet quarterly plan exceeding revenue and any KPI targets Profile and manage partner business teams to land mutual business plan, building their strengths and success in business Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and get partner feedback to management team Maintain performance tracker across Renewal & New business, New customer acquisition, dem-gen activities and pipeline progression Prepare activity and weekly forecast, participate in monthly reviews. Ability to collaborate across cross-groups (partner, distributor, marketing, sales, solution consultants, etc) Track record of achieving targets in IT Sales/ Services Sales function. Good knowledge of MS office usage a must. Familiarity with any BI/ Analysis tools will be an advantage Desirable: Years sales experience of having done Channel/ end-customer sales. Preferably having a MBA post a bachelor's degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to collate, analyze data and present findings. Team player
